Information we collect

Account information: your email address, and a password only if you choose to set one (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash — we never store it in readable form).
Your conversations: chat messages, voice inputs, and the memories, reminders, and goals you save, so Big Mama can remember you and keep helping.
Images: photos you upload and pictures you generate in the Picture Studio.
Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card numbers.
Technical data: basic device, browser, and connection information collected automatically by our hosting provider.

How we use it

To operate the app: run your chats, voice conversations, image generation, reminders, and goals.
To personalize: your saved memories let Big Mama remember what matters to you.
To bill you: process subscriptions and prevent fraud, via Stripe.
To reach you: send sign-in links, receipts, and service messages by email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app:

OpenAI — AI chat, voice transcription and voice replies, image generation.
xAI — AI chat.
Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
Brevo — transactional email (sign-in links, receipts).
Render — app hosting and data storage.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

How we protect it

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in readable form.
Sessions use signed, HTTP-only cookies.
Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under their security standards.

Your choices

You can review or delete your saved memories in the app at any time. To access, correct, or delete your account and data, email littieboyzent@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Children

Ask Big Mama is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
