Ask Big Mama is an AI companion app: conversational chat, voice conversations, AI image generation and photo editing, reminders, goals, web lookup, shared project chats, and proactive check-ins.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in the app (More tab → Manage / cancel plan) — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer partial-month refunds.
Big Mama's replies, voice responses, and images are generated by AI and can be wrong. They are for companionship, creativity, and general information only — not professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Always check important facts and talk to a qualified professional for serious decisions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own your messages, uploads, and generated images. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service (for example, sending a chat message to our AI providers to generate a reply). See our Privacy Policy for details.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ask Big Mama. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.
We work hard to keep the app running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms as the app grows. We'll post changes here with a new date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
